Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 23 March 2026. CRA Intel is a software brand operated by DD Blockchain Compliance (Reg. No. EE 55216).
1. What These Terms Cover
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CRA Intel products, including CRA Lite, CRA Pro, our website, licensing flows, downloads, and related support.
2. Who We Are
CRA Intel is operated by DD Blockchain Compliance (Reg. No. EE 55216). If you need to contact us about these terms, billing, subscriptions, or support, you can reach us at info@craintel.com.
3. What CRA Does
CRA provides desktop software for crypto wallet and transaction screening, graph-based tracing, case support, bulk review, and related investigation workflows. CRA is designed to support sanctions and AML screening decisions, but it is not legal, tax, investment, or compliance advice.
4. Orders, Billing, and Renewals
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.
Subscription pricing, plan details, and supported platforms are shown on the website at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery, Licensing, and Activation
After a successful purchase, we provide access to the relevant download flow, license delivery, and activation services. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software under the plan you selected.
Device activations, license handling, and platform access may be subject to plan-level limits, anti-abuse controls, and technical validation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass licensing or technical protections;
- use CRA for unlawful activity or to violate sanctions, AML, privacy, or fraud laws;
- share access, activation credentials, or software beyond what your plan permits;
- interfere with the website, licensing systems, or backend services.
7. Third-Party Data and Service Availability
Some CRA features depend on internet access, backend enrichments, sanctions feeds, payment processors, or selected third-party service providers. Features may change, degrade gracefully, or become unavailable if a third-party dependency is unavailable, rate-limited, or changed.
8. Outputs and User Responsibility
CRA outputs are decision-support information. You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on the results. CRA Pro graph is provided as a transaction tracing and relationship review tool; it is not presented as a universal attribution or clustering engine.
9. Refunds, Cancellation, and Consumer Rights
You can cancel recurring billing for future periods. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Because CRA is digital software delivered or made available shortly after purchase, rights of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund may be limited once digital performance has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual Property
CRA Intel, the software, website materials, visuals, branding, documentation, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of DD Blockchain Compliance (Reg. No. EE 55216) or its licensors.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRA is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, full accuracy, or fitness for every use case. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the software or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.
